Hattie Royale Media, through its Principal Consultant, Oludolapo Agbejobi, brought its expertise in strategic media and communication to the RCCG Leadership Training Programme (LTP) 2025, facilitating the Media Management certification course. The programme, hosted by the Christ Redeemers Ministry (CRM) of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in partnership with The Business Ideation School (TBIS) Africa, ran from November 5 to 9 and attracted over 3,500 students and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members from Nigeria and Benin Republic.

The five-day Leadership training Programme blended practical professional training with faith-based experiences, including plenary discussions, prayer gatherings, drama performances, praise and worship, morning devotionals, a dedicated session on governance, and other spiritually enriching activities.

The certification programmes provided training in Corporate Strategy, Financial Intelligence, Media Management, Business Ideation, Advertising Management, Business Networking, Marketing, and Brand Management. For the Media Management session, Oludolapo guided participants through the principles of strategic media operations, communication planning, media content production, media ethics, and digital trends shaping today’s industry.
Speaking after the session, she noted that “equipping young professionals with communication and media literacy skills is key to building a more informed, ethical, and creative generation of leaders.” Oludolapo commended the Christ Redeemers Ministry of the Redeemed Christian Church of God for championing such a forward-thinking initiative that bridges faith and professional growth. She further added that the programme’s objectives align with Hattie Royale Media’s commitment to advancing PR and communications through training, advisory services, creative solutions, communication resources that empower practitioners, organizations, and emerging professionals to thrive.

Participants shared their enthusiasm for the programme, highlighting how the sessions provided practical skills and insights that they could immediately apply in their professional and personal development.
Mathias Kolawole described the Media Management session as “one of the best parts of the Leadership Training Programme,” noting that it was “incredibly impactful” and “completely reshaped” his view of media content production and social media management. He added that the session “reawakened a passion” he had left dormant for a while, commending the class for being “engaging, well-structured,” and inspiring him to take his media journey more seriously.
Likewise, Ifeoluwaposimi Oloruntoba, participant in the Media Management class, expressed that the sessions were inspiring, highlighting that Oludolapo encouraged questions without limitation and motivated her to begin planning a long-held goal of launching a podcast, calling the classes a true blessing for her professional growth.
The initiative, fully sponsored by CRM, is designed to equip students and youth with employable and leadership skills, while encouraging innovation and collaboration through mentorship and experiential learning. Participants only contributed a minimal commitment fee, ensuring accessibility for all.

The Leadership Training Programme also featured sessions by practitioners from various industries, including Emmanuel Ikediashi, Nwachukwu Macdickson, Yinlayefa Thompson, Rina Arhuere, Olajumoke Oyedele, Uche Onwuka, and Oluwatosin Olonite reflecting the programme’s commitment to bridging faith, leadership, and professional excellence.
By participating in initiatives like this, Hattie Royale Media continues to drive its mission of equipping communicators, entrepreneurs, and organizations with strategic PR and communication capabilities for real-world impact.
